This hotel was a fantastic find. The location was ideal, close to everything from eateries to historical landmarks. The room I stayed in was spacious and had all the necessary amenities like a hot shower and TV. The staff were efficient and provided swift attention to any issues. The breakfast offered a good variety, including fresh fruits. this hotel provided a convenient and comfortable stay.

some of great tourist attractions like sarawak museum were near the hotel. red kolo mee, where you can eat, is a short walk to the property. the bus stop was 10 minutes’ walk away. i used free parking nearby.

The hotel has a strategic location with convenient access to local amenities and key attractions nearby. the breakfast offered was varied and fresh. the staff was welcoming and showed swift attention to basic facilities.
The hotel lacked maintenance in some areas such as the furniture and bed linens, which had a worn-out impression. the Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby, which wasn't particularly convenient.

Walking distance to street market. Halal / kosher foods available. Easy access to City and outskirts if you'd like to save on transportation (there's a bus station at walking distance)

The hotel is strategically located near the city center, making it convenient to explore the nearby attractions such as the Old Sarawak State Mosque and Kuching Waterfront. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. the breakfast offered a good variety of delicious options, especially the Nasi Lemak.
The cleanliness of the hotel could have been improved, especially in the bathrooms where the bottom parts and corner areas were not properly cleaned. Some maintenance issues were also noticed, such as old and dirty duspinds, leaking sinks, and unclear TV channels.
